Obama, Hamas, and the Communist Cigars

Hearing the spokesman of Hamas on the radio the other day, I had a theory:

Is it possible they are honestly confused and widely believe he is a Muslim (Like 15% of the US population and Iamme still believe!)? I heard no approval of any particular policy, other than they were 'impressed' by him.

On a related note, how will Obama's undesired support handle for him around the campaign? Is an America really a better America with Fidel Castro giving the thumbs up to its President? Or should we stick with a man like McCain, who -in his own words- takes pride in being Hamas' "Worst Nightmare"?

After Obama's speech for AIPAC yesterday, Hamas kicked him to the curb.

Can you tell me when he officially left his religion? That being Islam.

What do you mean by "officially"? Is there a form he needs to fill out in triplicate?

So when his websites, BarackObama.Com and Obama.Senate.Gov, say "Obama has never been a Muslim and is a committed Christian" then you consider that to be a lie?

ETA: Isn't going to a Christian house of worship for 20 years while not going to any Islamic services for the same time period prima facie evidence that he is "officially not a Muslim"?

No, but in the mindset of Muslims and in Islam the child of a Muslim is automatically one as well, unless the child leaves Islam before reaching puberty.

Link. (Haven't checked the sources for those, it's late and I'm listening to the McCain speech. )

Sure does; then again, you don't have to attend Islamic services or go to a mosque to be Muslim. It's just interesting because I don't remember any fatwa on his head for being an apostate, heh.

So what? Who cares what someone else mistakenly thinks about it? I mean, didn't the Church of LDS used to post-baptize people? Should we be worried that they can't officially break from a church they've never belonged to?

He says he's not Muslim. Is there some secret Islam code in his genes? Do YOU believe that because someone else has religious rules for it?

I mean, I've been baptized and confirmed as a Presbyterian but I count myself an atheist. Am I still Christian because I haven't asked the Presbyterian Church to make a little change in their books?

No, emails of "Obama is a covert Muslim" are still flying fast and furious across the internet. Some of my relatives keep sending them to me.

Has anyone ever seen him carrying a prayer rug? Has he ever kneeled toward Mecca?

I can easily believe that at least 15% of the American electorate believes that. I was asking if Iamme still believes that.
