Oooops! I see there already is a thread. Very sorry.

Moderator could you eliminate or merge this thread?

I just realized that Jindal is younger than me! (I'm 37, he's 36, half McCain's age)

The exorcism thing is a bit creepy. And it is a clear sign that he lacks critical thinking skills and has a medeival faith-based worldview.

But I don't think McCain will pick Jindal. He wants to make a diversity pick, someone who isn't another old white man, but Jindal doesn't have enough experience (picking Jindal would make it delicate for McCain to criticize Obama for lack of experience).

Bottom line, I really don't think it will be Jindal.

Yeah, I think the initial buzz around Jindal came from the thought: Hey, why don't we run our own young skinny brown guy?

Exactly, and I hope that republicans are stupid enough to try that again because it worked so well the last time against Obama.

2004, best Illinois senate race ever.

Republicans still haven't quite figured out how to approach 'race' with that delicate touch. But look out when they do!
