So Paris Hilton's job is now being a parody of Paris Hilton?

Post-modernism has birthed some strange phenomena, hasn't it?

Echoing what I said elsewhere: What an annoyingly brilliant piece of self-promotion.

The only way I could tell this was a parody was when she actually articulated a policy!

She is sooooo talented. I don't know why she doesn't star in more motion pictures shot with studio quality cameras.

I really don't know that much about her (apart from the snippets of "news" that it seems to be impossible to avoid if you access any media) but I thought it was a well done piece of satire.

McCain camp responds: “In reality, Paris Hilton may have a more substantive energy policy than Barack Obama.”
Now that's funny right there.

You are no longer worthy. However, I'll accept you as her VP if you show me your tits.

That's always been her job. That's what makes her "famous for being famous."

It does seem as though she's been promoted to famous for being famous for being famous.

And the American public gets to blame McCain for reminding us that she still exists.

Why does McCain hate America so much?

I'm voting for the Paris Hilton/T. Boone Pickens ticket.

Is it bad that that's the funniest thing I've seen this campaign season?

Our pundits are really failing on the satire if they're being upstaged by Paris.

Paris Hilton should give her money to the people in Africa. Paris Hilton and Roman Abramovich have a lot in common.
