I forsee.....

that eventually this sort of thing will result in the relaxing the warrant requirements, which might lead to a supreme court review of such. It may also result in the police becoming more careful in their planning and raids. If you think this will result in the country's conservatives backing off on drug demonization, or the police quitting the use of raids in drug cases, you are probably wrong. Here, as in no other area of consumer/police interaction, money talks.

I see it as more likely that growing things in your home will become illegal without a license.
