Avoid death with your lightbody

In most religions below the surface and hidden from the masses in the mystical there are exercises for how to die an alternative way. The physical body still dies but you become aware of having another body beyond time and space that will never die. First we according to teachings must be able to experience reality as it is. Our Dna and brain does not tell us the truth of how it looks out there. Itīs an interpretation as your probably know! The real reality is said to be made of light, light filaments and like a hologram. To see this meditation is the key. Perhaps one of the most effective is to meditate on sound -the inner sound.
If you use ear pluggs you can after a while hear a high frequency sound as if in the middle of your head. You hear this sound directly with your brain!! A ringing sound. Yoga tells this is the divine sound. A sound from higher spiritual energies. NO not Tinnitus in this case. Anyway, if we concentrate on this sound with much practise it is possible to start seeing the light behind the illusion our brain and Dna gives us. We might then start to see our body of light and become eternal beings.

Dzogchen teachings have more exercises so you might want to check it up. If you find this helpful, please share it with others online! Feel free to discuss anything related to this here whatever your thoughts are.

Edits in boldface to embarrass you. Didn't you go to school?

Here, if you're going to go about the web spamming this, you might at least make it easier to parse. It's been edited for format, grammar, syntax, and readability. That fact that it's irredeemable nonsense I can do nothing about.

Hi, I hope you understand something crucial about the, the diamond body is different in eastern and western mysticism. The east does not parse it as fine as the west.

In the west there is essence, spirit, what have you. Upon death is moves on to another plane and leaves behind the 'astral shells', they are not the true essence or spirit.

Now as to the evidence that a body of light survives the death of the body, zero.

Astral tag, your it!

When you go "within" in meditation you donīt feel those emotions. We probably connect to a higher frequency. And what meaning has an eternity without time?

Our real self donīt die but just as in sleep we can when the physical body dies become lost in a dreamlike state.

Connect to a higher frequency? Oh, that means God operates at 400HZ. That must mean that Satan is 60HZ. I'll agree with that. 60 cycle hum is so annoying...

According to Hagehr teachings, this form of meditation eventually results in possession by extratemporal life-forms. End of the world, sort of thing. You might want to cut back.

I donīt know for sure. There are other methods as well. But with much practise this sound becomes very loud. Another method is to just close your eyes and look a little upwards. After a while you might see some light. If you concentrate on it you will feel like being drawn deeper. What actually happens in all meditations is that your brainwaves frequency slows down and i assume you therefore easier "tune in".

Great with so many opinions. Of course you donīt believe. What else should i expect from a Randi forum?? And there are to many false teachings out there brainwashing people and causing even wars so itīs a good idea to be skeptical sometimes. But you guys would really miss something valuable if you did not try this.

We don't know what you expected.

We expect some sort of evidence for your claims besides your personal experience and your pull-it-out-of-air claim that people "in the know" get it.

Nope. It's good to be skeptical all the time.

Speaking of false teachings, I believe one is following you around. You might want to chase it away or something.

Yeah right, another 'secret masters' scenario.

Read up newbie, I am not who you think I am.

I have practised the arts and mysteries. I do know what meditation is, I have practiced it for a long time. In fact the vast majority of meditation as expounded by the buddhists deals very strongly with emotions. As does the taoist forms. And much of the hindu and other forms as well.

You are talking about some form of raja-yoga or trance. Which I am also familiar with.

You are also involved in some hellenistic/zoroastrian dualism, if you were in the know, you would know that the heart and mind are linked and of the same cloth. One hand washes the other, there is no mind without emotion, the two are inseparable in a whole of the being. Body, thoughts, emotions, perceptions and habits. All of one cloth.

Beware the astral zombies and those who tell you they are masters, masters teach, they never claim to know. You should also beware of gods, devi, angels and demons. You are human, the penultimate, bow to none.

So take your high and mighty and sell your soap some other place.

Ah yes, your True Scotman Cookiecutter is full of Straw!

And you might think that gazing into the Flashlight of Enlightenment has some Great Import.

Go for a walk, plant a garden, hang out with children, you will learn much more.

I will spell it out for, the immortal essence if it exists, is like AL, beyond description and human understanding. So that essence if it exists, is not your BoL, that is human, that is of dross. That is an astral shell that will become an astral zombie. You need to find better teachers.

Yes but it will not be pure, it will be contaminated by animal spirits. Wait, animal spirits, like a human one?

Thus the prohibition against fried foods and animal flesh prior to scrying. (Except the flesh of the living.)
