MisapprOpriatiNg nanO technLOGy...U....E
I was hoping scientist would use nanotechnology(I can't wait for the abbr. for the term nano technology to be coined!!) break thrus to eliminate or at least slow down the rat race unfortunately instead I see a big race to breed faster rats.
I don't want a car that gets 500 miles per gallon equipped with sensors that elliminate traffic so i can get to my job faster. Nor do I need superduper effiecient electrical wiring that can lets me plug up 50 more things that I really don't need. And whats the point in trying to double our lifespan. So I can work forty-hours a week until I'm a hundred and seven years old. I'm afraid that if there was a silver bullet to be invented that could rehabilitate our environment we would be at the mercy of its creator. I'm hoping nanovations makes cars obselete because 95 % of the pop. dont have to work any more just to eat ,sleep and have shelter. |

Nanotechnology created Obama's fake birth certificate that was used to unfairly get him elected against the Constitution. Discuss.

Nanotech (there's your abbreviation, by the way) is currently being researched in a wide variety of fields. Check out http://www.sinam.org/ and http://xlab.me.berkeley.edu/ for more really interesting reading on the subject

In summary, h.g is disappointed that nanotech being developed by the hardwork of scientists and engineers won't allow him to sit at home and never work again.
Must be another Venus Project wannabee. |

Perhaps HG needs a job he likes?
Too much of life is spent working to have a job you hate. The best life is to have a job you love, doing your hobby all the time. I don't see how nanotech can possible help HG. |

If that is all you see then perhaps you need to look in other places. What if nanotech improved the quality rather than the duration of life. Imagine microscopic devices than could clean plaque from arteries and thus reduce the likelihood of heart attacks and strokes.
