Not exactly, but the main point of American women being much more standoffish than women from other countries has been true in my experience. Even if France women were much more open to just talking.

Obviously your results may very. It seems that American women are more open to talking to foreign men though.

A lewd asian guy prefers subdued women? Wow, that's a surprise.

Besides, the video only shows him walking one street in America, and making idiotic remarks to passing women, and it also seems to be pretty cold.

Not impressed by the video.

Dear God, it is so awful...so sad...

That fact that he started the whole thing like the Star Wars movies should be a huge red flag.

Is there at least entertainment vaslue in watching this thing all the way through?

No.* Entertainment wise this isn't. Although I'm sure we all have anecdotes both for and against the main premise; American woman are harder to approach and befriend relative to other 'western' nations.*

*This statement has only opinion backing it, and not even opinion poll opinion, but good old fashioned 'man that guy sucks' opinion.

I've heard that comment about New York women, but my response is usually, "man the hell up".

I think it is the whole foreigner thing. Women here like a guy with an accent and a different approach than what most guys they meet try. I'm willing to bet women in other places do as well.

In the video, he meets European women in a museum, what looks like a coffee shop and a park, the only video of him talking to Americans is on a rather busy boulevard in winter. And it doesn't look like he's trying very hard.

Women in the US are easy to talk to, but you can't just expect 'em to go for whatever weakass patter you lay down... it takes a bit of listening to know what kind of things to say to each individual. As it should.

I think American women are also highly suspicious of the whole "Girls gone Wild" and reality television shows out there. This is a paparazzi culture where things captured on film regularly turn up on the internet. So I don't think it is that surprising really that they aren't as open to a man with a running camera.
