Uh, you need top secret clearance to get this information.

You are extremely confident in the existence of explosives that can survive massive fires.

The only conclusion i can draw from that is that you HAVE the clearance needed to know about these things. The only other alternative is that you are talking out of your ass, and just throwing things against the wall hoping they stick. I know that's not the case....so you must have the clearance. Actually construction engineers sometimes are the culprits of mistakes. Look up the need to retrofit the CitiCorp Tower some time.
