Steele questions woman's motives for yelling at town hall meeting

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540...73090#32673090

I find it interesting that when one, just ONE, lady stands up and yells a question at M. Steele, he accuses her of grandstanding just to get onto television. The irony is just too much.

I liked when Specter and Frank stood up to the disruptive element. I like when M. Steele does it.

Did M. Steele say that people disrupting town halls was a good thing or something?

I agree with this. Still, it wasn't exactly a stellar performance by Steele. I liked this comment by Mike Madden of Salon.

In Steele's mind, it seemed, being chairman of the RNC was more or less the same thing as being president.

I don't like it when Steele does it because his "town hall" format didn't allow people actually ask tough questions. This lady yelled because of the frustration of not being allowed to be part of the "town hall" discussion.

The sitting president is the de-factor leader of their party even if it has a chairman. In the case of the GOP, Steele is the leader of their party. The Dems leader is Barack Obama.

I think people read too much into Steele's statements.

I think people are regularly trying to make sense of the constant stream of cognitive dissonance coming forth from Steele whenever he makes an appearance and discusses any topic.

As for the shouting person at the meeting and Steele's reaction: sweet, beautiful hubris at play.

A lightweight dimwit like Michael Steele comparing himself to the President shows both how arrogant and out-of-touch he is.

P.S. Steele isn't the leader of the sorry, tattered remnants of the Republican Party, Rush Limbaugh is.
