wool weekend part duex

So the leaves are changing

http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/pdcDetail.asp?p=145!

And wool weekend is coming up. Last year we had 2 non knitters and the left KNITTING (Kochanski is knitting like crazy now!)

Columbus weekend, Friday through Monday afternoon. It's the last weekend the cabin will be open. See alpacas and sheep and vendors and buy wool and whatever else! A lotta stuff and in the evenings movies and pizza and not much else. You can kayak also.

Limited space as it's a one room cabin but does have floor space and indoor plumbing (no out house). Even a warm shower!

It's in Antrim NH on Lake Pierce (google it). We go all over includinng Washington NH where they founded a nutty religion.

It's fun, it's knitting, it's eating and even perhaps an easy hike... and kayaking.

I've got a "finger chopper". Would that work?

It depends what kind of "fingers" we decide to chop... o_O

I'm game. It's the weekend before a conference I will be going to and I can make the whole weekend this time (last year I only did one day ).

Anyone know how to spin by drop spindle? I've got one, some wool, and some instructions, but if anyone knows how, that would help to see it. Also, if anyone could show me that would help a lot.

Also, if anyone wants to learn how to use and inkle loom, I could show them, (but it's been awhile and I'd have to brush up on it.)

I know a bunch of people who can spin using a drop spindle, but shipping them over to you may turn out to be a problem.

I will be there and will bring the air bed (big enough for two people or three depending on size).

Naturalhealth: No. This can be done for all remedies.

He wants to do a cook out too.

Oh yeah, I do know how to use that. I kind of had to teach myself but I did take pointers from the ladies who spin regularly at last year's wool weekend and this book explaining how to make yarn step by step. I should try to remember to bring that book too.

Hmm....Skeptics, kayaking, cookouts? Plus South American ungulates? Sounds like a good time. Serendipitously, I wanted to learn knitting and some girls I knew tried to teach me freshman year. Perhaps I'll let my critical thinking friends offer some instruction instead. I suspect they'll fare better. Any preference on what kind of beer I bring? oldesaratogabrew DOT com/brewlistSAR.html and oldesaratogabrew DOT com/brewlist.html point you to what they do year round, but it's likely they'll have a specialty brew going on as well.

so if you are coming PM me with arrival times and if you need directions. The last 2 roads do not have signs, and googlemaps appears to think I live in the neighbors luxury lakeside house. Do not get your hopes up. I am in the shack at the end of the road.

I think you've got effect and cause confused again. Although, in quantum physics, "cause" and "effect" are often meaningless terms, so maybe if you made really teeny-tiny train models........
