Ive seen one and it scared the heck out of me.
I thought I was wide awake, but after the fear subsided I guessed I probably hadnt been..or my ears and eyes woke up before my brain or something. Reading about it made sense after took part in a survey on sleep paralysis and read a few things!

The one I'm thinking about was taken a forest in which shadow people, appeared next to trees. Essentially they just look like silhouettes of people. Some people believe them to be time travelers, others think of them as demons.

Here's an example. It's from this site and they insist it is supernatural. To me it's a shadow of a man taking a picture with his back to the sun.

If you're looking for any scientific explanation on this subject then don't hold your breath. Here's a quote from the site;

On a more serious note, I have heard of this a few times over the years, but every time I look at the pics I can't really see anything except black spaces that look like they are part of the normal shadowing that occurs.

On a related note, I have also read a couple of accounts about some kind of evil kids, I think it is, that come to your door and want to come in, but if you let them in they mess you up somehow. If I recall correctly, they have weird eyes that are very dark with out pupils or something. Has anybody ever heard about these creatures?

Actually I have! Weird-looking kids are apparently a feature of Mexican folklore. They are demons that are attempting to possess your body or steal your soul. Often they attempt to lure innocent children away from their parents to their doom. They're sent by the Devil.

Of course, the weird-looking children with all-black eyes may not be limited to Mexican folklore; that's just the context where I heard about them.

Um, excuse me, that was my set up. Besides, they are used in many analog watches also. If anyone wants proof of this I can supply it.
