The NWO is becoming ever more cunning, I see.
The Betway sniper, which terrorised Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia in 2002 was put to death on yesterday and was pronounced dead at ... 9:11 pm. It is obviously a conspiracy.

Somebody screwed up, though, they should've put him to death a day earlier. Stupid appeals.
