How to make your own CD covers on Itunes

Well, it seems like no website is gonna explain it, so I'll ask here:

I'm trying to print a cd cover for my demo. A cd cover with original artwork. None of the websites online manage to explain to me how to handle the artwork myself so that I can select which images I want to put on my cd cover. They all limit themselves to repeat what I already know:

1) Go to File/Print
2) Select the type of layout you want
3) Click Print

But how do I manage my own artwork? The images that appear when I select "mosaic" are the default images from album covers that copied themselves into Itunes when I copied music in it. I obviously don't want those. I'm gonna make my artwork and I'm desperately trying to find out how to incorporate it into Itunes.

Anyone here knows that?

If you want, you can "Get Info" on the individual tracks by right-clicking on it. Go to the Artwork tab. You can figure it out from there. If you have set up iTunes to show the artwork of the track that is playing, you can just drag and drop.

I have the original "Fear Of A Black Planet" CD by Public Enemy. iTunes wants to give me some generic "20th Century Collection" cover. I believe both cd's have the same track listing. Went to some online database to "rip" the correct cover. Gracenote I believe.

Wrong cover being replaced by the right cover

I did and it says "No artwork available".... so how do I make it available then?

The "Artwork" tab is in gray and can't be selected so that's out of the question.

Nope. Drag and drop didn't work.

I'm afraid we need to start from scratch: I have a picture or series of pictures I want to add to a playlist I created (entitled "Demo"), and make a CD cover out of that. How do I do that? Step by step.

Thanks.
