Jason is actually going to be the a/v guy, from what I can tell. I'll make sure to check whether the audio feed for the DVDs can come directly from the microphones on the desk, rather than from mikes in the auditorium picking up the ambient sound from the speakers that the desk mikes feed into.

Are you flying from the USA? I saw last week that V Australia were having a sale on flights to Australia during November. I'm unsure what the average price for such a trip would normally be, but it looked like a pretty good price to me. About $1000 US return from the west coast.

I saw last week that V Australia were having a sale on flights to Australia during November. I'm unsure what the average price for such a trip would normally be, but it looked like a pretty good price to me. About $1000 US return from the west coast. Cheers, Chris
