CIT obsession

Just like to ask if anyone else has noticed that the CIT guys only seem to want to talk about the Pentagon, never any other aspects?

I don't recall ever seeing any of those guys try and debate any other topic.

I guess its the same with the CGI no planers as well.

Not sure I understand your point.

Steven Jones only wants to discuss thermite and Tony Szamboti only ever discusses jolts. People have different areas of interest.

What topic would you like to debate?

I don't see a problem with that.

Hell, I joined this forum to talk about the issues concerning using explosives in fires based upon my training in handling conventional explosives of different classes and quantities. I could probably talk concrete to some extent as I spent a year pouring the stuff for a 1.4 mile bridge in Charleston SC but concrete really isn't an issue here. I doubt that my time spent operating a 6.3 MGD wastewater treatment plant really applies (the feces that flows through here doesn't count) although the fact that part of that job was operating an incinerator at 1600+ degrees might apply to fires and materials at those temperatures might be applicable.

You talk about what interests you or what you have some experience with. You don't talk about what doesn't interest you. I don't go off to a chess forum and talk about various chess strategies for example.

I agree with Sam.I.Am to a degree. CIT will NEVER talk about anything OTHER than the Pentagon, (IMHO) because they can contort their "facts" easier with the Pentagon. There is too much evidence and way too many eyewitnesses in NYC to deal with.

Unlike at the Pentagon. Then there is Killtown. We won't get started on his dumb conclusions.

I joined this forum to talk about fire, and that is what I know. Now, I know a little about some other stuff, but fire is what I am most educated on.

And beer.

What I mean is Steven Jones and so on will still talk about various other aspects of 911 but CIT people just seem fixated on "the plane flew over the Pentagon".

In fact they are even more obsessed than that, since I have very rarely seen them other aspects of the Pentagon attack apart from focusing specifically on NOC and CITs interviews.

You are spot on!
Each expert spins his/her own delusion. Thermite is a sign of terminal stupidity, and the missing jolt is proof there are some fringe conspiracy theorist who announce they are engineers as they spew nonsense.

CIT are not investigators; CIT can't do math and prove it by posting bogus flight paths. All their delusions are summarized for free, on uTube, ,the internet and here.

If you show up with some evidence, you could debate; but you came unarmed spewing talk and implied delusions.

Let me introduce Prof Fetzer. This man will discuss anything. And when it comes to conspiracy theories he is a master polyglot. Along with Alex Jones, these two are joint world champions at the craft. The main tactic is throwing a constant barrage of low-blow Truther canards from all conspiracy angles in the hope that the opposition will retreat under the bombardment.

Goes something like this :-

Alex n Jim: Operation Northwood!

Debunker: Well firstly....

Alex n Jim: Bohemian Grove! Illuminati! Gulf of Tonkin!

Debunker: If you will give me a moment.....

Alex n Jim: Lasers! Masers! Plasmoids! Mini-Nukes!

Debunker: Sigh.........

This is known as the "Marciano Method". Kill the body and the head dies.

Crude but effective

I think it is also an example of the "Dopeler Effect" in action.

On the subject of the CIT obsession: I made a little Youtube video of my attempts to debunk a bunch of Truthers who turned out here in Sydney to give Richard Gage some money for his lies. (http://www.youtube.com/user/MrBraina...10/nrvlAYQpIIE )
Who should pop up out of the blue and start leaving insulting comments, but someone calling himself "MercBezerk" or something. My video had almost nothing to do with CIT or the Pentagon, but one of the first things Merc said was that I should go to Washington DC and interview all of his witnesses who saw the NOC flightpath...

Maybe he thinks Sydney Australia is a suburb of Maryland or something. Right Fatso, I'm going to fly half way around the world to find out whether or not you and Craig are liars. I can do that quite comfortably right here, thank you very much.

Yes, and you seem to never want to talk about anything relevant or related to the facts or evidence of the day in question...So I guess your "Interest" is irrelevancy.

It's always been my understanding the initials "CIT" stand for "Completely Idiotic Theory". I wonder if this is where they got the flyover idea from:

Aside from problems like, you know, death from dropping a bomb that low, there's also the little matter of a huge 757 skimming the ground and screaming like a banshee. You'd think someone would notice it pull up.

OT

incidentally, I didn't know what a nimble and powerful aircraft the 757 actually is. Watch this pilot put one through its paces at an air show. I believe you can hear the announcer remark on how the plane resembles a fighter. Now where have I heard that before?

I don't find it a bad thing or unusual for people to stay within their perceived areas of expertise. In the case of the CiT they seem to have a lot of self worth invested in their contentions so its no small wonder they are reluctant to accept anything that illustrates that they are wrong.
