So Long, Bill Moyers

Next week Bill Moyers' last TV show will air. I think he is one of our great journalists and I'm sad to say that I will miss his calmly strident voice. A brilliant man who managed bring his interview subjects to new insights in the process of just talking about their ideas. I see no one else around with the brains, social responsibility and sensitivity to fill his shoes.

He is a great interviewer, and unlike Faux "News", he is fair and balanced. Which is why the nut right hates him.
