Any drugs that can emulate exercise?

Are there any drugs that have the same effect on the brain as exercise? Specifically any drugs that might have the same effect on mood, and memory?

ETA: Yes - I'm asking if I can get the psychotropic and neurological benefits of exercise without doing any exercise.

Exercise is supposed to release endorphins, which alter mood. Opiates like heroin have a similar mood-enhancing effect.

That's what I need.

I did a search and found that it's suspected that it's not just endorphins, but also a mix of adrenaline, dopamine, and serotonin.
