Filmmaker Roger Nygard will participate in a Q&A and discussion following this screening from his home in Los Angeles, via Skype!

The Nature of Existence is an exceptional documentary four years in the making. "I made a list of the 85 toughest questions I could think of, starting with biggest one, 'why do we exist?' and then I began interrogating the widest cross-section of humanity possible."

Some of the questions Nygard asked we re:

- What is man’s purpose?

- What started th Universe?

- Where was God during the Holocaust?

- What is Truth?

- Should people have sex before marriage?

- What is the best way to find happiness?

- Where is the afterlife?

- Where are the voices in my head coming from?

People he interviewed included a Hindu religious leader, a Catholic archbishop, an Islamic scholar, Richard Dawkins, Leonard Susskind, Orson Scott Card, the founder of Ultimate Christian Wrestling, and the director of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. How would YOU answer?

Roger Nygard is an editor/director whose previous work includes the documentary Trekkies, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Office, and The Bernie Mac Show.
