CIA Psychologist's Notes Reveal True Purpose Behind Bush's Torture Program

Title: CIA Psychologist's Notes Reveal True Purpose Behind Bush's Torture Program
URL: http://www.truth-out.org/cia-psychol...e-program68542

Quote:
Bush administration officials have long asserted that the torture techniques used on "war on terror" detainees were utilized as a last resort in an effort to gain actionable intelligence to thwart pending terrorist attacks against the United States and its interests abroad.

But the handwritten notes obtained exclusively by Truthout drafted two decades ago by Dr. John Bruce Jessen, the psychologist who was under contract to the CIA and credited as being one of the architects of the government's top-secret torture program, tell a dramatically different story about the reasons detainees were brutalized and it was not just about obtaining intelligence.

Yeah, no offense INRM, but I already followed that firedoglake link from the other thread and I think you owe me one.

I´ve asked this question many times before, INRM, and you have always run away from it: Is there any piece of paranoid BS that you will not swallow hook, line and sinker?

This time, please answer the question.

So far, you have shown us that, no matter how brainless, retarded or moronic some conspiracy theory is, you will present it here as if it was the most reasonable idea ever.

You have to get way the heck down the article to find out why, besides giving up info, they want to create compliant prisoners: informers and double agents

They seem to be saying, well, here's what the training is for US soldiers, should they be captured, and what to look for and why they are doing it to you, and hey, it's kinda like what was happening.

The government should nationalize it! Socialized, single-payer video game development and sales now! More, cheaper, better games, right? Right?
