Alex Jones calls Russia Today "real news"
http://www.prisonplanet.com/castrate...real-news.html
Um....Russia Today is funded by the Kremlin. Is Alex Jones now a shill for Russian propaganda? |

No surprise since Alex Jones has frequently appeared on Russia Today.

One thing I have noticed about CTers is that they declare Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and other Western media to be liars yet they believe (state controlled) Russian and Iranian media are all telling the absolute truth.
Probably not, but this would be a good starting point for a counter conspiracy theory, i.e. a conspiracy theorists conspiracy. What's more likely? That conspiracy theories are true or that CTers are being financed and supported by foreign interests to destabilize American and other Western governments? I don't believe either but the idea of a "conspiracy theorists conspiracy" might be a good way to fight back against CT. |

bahaha this is hilarious! This woman is a horrible anchor, she's babbling, faltering, barely containing herself. She keeps telling the engineer to change the slides! What an idiot! They are doing a segment trying to defend themselves from attacks against their respectability FFS!
First bit "We'd never decry anyone's right to their opinion" Seriously who does this in media, really? More like they are saying "We won't make you feel bad for being a card-carrying conspiracy loon because we know that's our audience and if we criticize anyone for anything that ruins our woo cred" Their "fringe guests" segment was completely missing the point. The guy didn't say that NO high-profile guests appear... the vast majority of their guests are fringe it was a rhetorical point! And then they use Ron Paul as their top example of how mainstream they are! What a joke! And they addressed the accusation of being Russian propaganda without making a case against it wtf? It's a fact that they own you! What the hell was that? These people are beyond pathetic... |

Not just fringe but fringe of the fringe. Witness RT's "militia spokesman" Jim Stachowiak. "Stach" was featured at least 5 or 6 times on RT last year.
Stachowiak is of some interest to me because he operates out of a suburb of my home town of Augusta, Georgia, and lives only a few miles from my mother. (Not that I'm worried about mom, mind you. Stachowiak is mostly a danger to himself rather than the general public.) As you would expect Stachowiak is a 9/11 truther and has never met a anti-government CT he didn't like. He also has the dubious honor of being expelled from We Are Change. "Stach" is in reality a militia wannabe who belongs to no organized group and is widely thought to be a agent provocateur within the militia movement. So much for "vetting" at RT |

Stach is definitely whack. Seriously those videos gave me the creeps. At least when I'm watching CNN and a guest gives me the creeps I instinctively look over and Anderson Cooper has his eyebrow arched all the way up his forehead and I think, "ok, we're good, I'm not the only one who thinks this is insane." But when I watch RT the anchor is always like "Wow that's amazing! You can communicate to aliens in your brain?
I guess this highly-respected guest is the most well respected channeller of Pleiadians... |

I didn't know who he was until you mentioned him.
Apparently he does have a show on RT and on Press TV. He was considered a bit too hyperbolic for Al-Jazeera when he popped up as a guest to call for a "fatwa" on Hank Paulson:
