Lightning Photos

Any lightning fans on here? Thought I'd share a couple:









I had to turn down the curves on the 1st one because it was so close the image was all washed out....

Cool beans!!

Photographing lightning was something that I wanted to try to do since buying a Canon EOS Rebel T2i a few months ago, but we haven't had any good lightning storms near us (if we did, I was probably at work in my building with no windows). If I get any decent photos myself, I'll bring them here.

It's kind of a pain here, too. I'm in Eastern Massachuetts - where the storms are right on top of you so it's hard. Not like in the midwest where you can get a sunburn while watching a thunderstorm 20-30 miles away!

(FYI - that's why you see reflections of my kitchen light on the photos - I was actually inside)
