Bush's censorship

Bush already takes anti-Bush people and sequesters them a few blocks away behind a fence and doesn't allow the media to interview them during one of his speeches. (By the way, Kerry still has to face anti-Kerry people in the front row.)

Does anyone here think it's just a matter of time before he removes the press from Iraq on the official grounds that it's too dangerous, and on the actual grounds that he doesn't want to be made to look bad?

maybe...only if things continue to go badly, like higher body counts for the US.

I can't see why. The censorship is actually pretty good.

No bodies of dead returning soldiers, no blood, no scenes of piled up bodies of civilians. Reporting pretty much what the government allows or spins.
