Given that you have a 100% hit rate of dowsing gas lines, power lines, and telecommunications lines, you should have no problem passing the preliminary/formal tests (regardless what p-values you need to reach)

That's because he was probably never serious and was a sock puppet of a banned member which is why he's on administrative suspension now and probably will be for eternity.
