The fun thing is they use a mix of Navy active duty and Reservists to assemble the evidence kits, I know a guy who got recalled to do this for other detainees. They are tasked to find anything positive they can for the guy being charged, which is often a daunting task, especially with a no-name. Considering all the interest on this guy, its probably going to be a big Joint team doing the task.

ETA: The defense teams actually work out of DC and just travel to Gitmo for the trial or more evidence gathering.

I asked Dylan what he was doing to help get KSM out of jail and he said he didn't have enough evidence to do so.

Kind of a bummer it isn't gonna be an open trial in NYC. Well, bummer because among other reasons, Truthers can point this out and dismiss it.

I can understand them not wanting to have it in NYC. Not only would it be a media circus of monumental proportions but there would be some very real security concerns for the greater New York area.

So are the Truthers going to put their money where their mouth is? According to them if they are MIHOP, KSM is an innocent man. THIS is the "New Investigation" opportunity for them. Where's the fire to exhonerate him? Any peep out of them over this?

The new investigation would have to bring in every other "suspect" that the TM believe are responsible for the attacks: Ace Elevators, Controlled Demolition Inc, the FBI, CIA, ISI, US military, BBC, CNN, James Millette, Atta's coke-whore girlfriend, everyone in the same classes as the hijackers, every poster on JREF that started posting after Loose Change came out...the United 23 "hijackers"...Jesus?

I'm sure Jammonius and Dr Judy Wood will be on the defense team showing how no planes hit any buildings (thus exonerating KSM and co.) and how the buildings were turned to dust by Space Death Rays.

He'll be off scott-free and can join Richard Gage and AE911Truth on their 'Al Qaeda didn't do it' roadshow.
I can just imagine Gage and KSM touring the Muslim world, holding hands, chanting 'Death to America' etc... it's not much of a stretch really...sadly.

Somebody ought to call out Gage about Al Qaeda and its role in the 9/11 attacks. I can't tell you in civil language what I think of Richard Gage, btw, all I could do is compare him to a bottom-feeding creature but that would be unfair to the bottom-feeding creature so I won't.

I have never suggested KSM was ever working with the Jews. The Mossad was monitoring the 911 hijackers when they were here in the US. I think it is likely KSM was meeting with the hijackers in Las Vegas.

I can just imagine Gage and KSM touring the Muslim world, holding hands, chanting 'Death to America' etc... it's not much of a stretch really...sadly. Somebody ought to call out Gage about Al Qaeda and its role in the 9/11 attacks. I can't tell you in civil language what I think of Richard Gage, btw, all I could do is compare him to a bottom-feeding creature but that would be unfair to the bottom-feeding creature so I won't.
