The ATS Political Forums

I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post this but I was just wondering if anyone else enjoys visiting this woo site? I find ATS to be both horrifying and hilarious but always entertaining to see the insanity people come up with. I also enjoy it because it's the ying to JREF's yang. Most of the silly internet conspiracies and ******** either get their start on ATS or catch fire there. Just for a little peak, here's a few of the thread titles for the more popular discussions.

Quote:
Obamas secret plan to seize Americans land

Obama Once Needed 'to Take a Subway or a Bus Just to Find a Fresh Piece of Fruit’

'Ron Paul still in the race with millions in funding and zero debt'

9/11 was our Reichstag Fire which brought the patriot act like the Reichstag Fire decree

Obama Calls for More Redistribution of Wealth, Declaring: ‘I Am My Brother’s Keeper’
Was just wondering if any other JREF's enjoy the insanity of that site, especially because it's almost the direct opposite of this site.

That's kind of why I like it. It's like Fox News on cocaine and every psychotic/paranoid inducing drug imaginable. It's scary/rage inducing/hilarious all at the same time. Maybe it's a cheap thrill but I enjoy watching insane people thinking everyone is out to get them.

Yup, that would make sense. Unlike Prison Planet itself.

Different brand of nutter, typical level of mentally defective world view.

If the topic is "Above Top Secret" then this thread should probably be in the Conspiracy Theories section.

ATS is crazy and stupid. Stormfront is just plain evil (with a unhealthy helping of crazy and stupid).

Agree.

Just about any firearms forum with a political section has almost the same nuttiness.

Here's a good one. Have a look at these thread titles.

You've just given me a hour of solid entertainment.

Maybe I'm warped but I just love reading kooky people's thoughts. That's also why I love coming here and lurking for the opposite rational perspective.
