Talking Republican Party Meets Internet Trolls... and Loses

Okay, I just had to share this purely for the lulz. What happens when the Republican Party meets Internet trolls?... epic trolling

Republican #IWantRepeal Campaign Goes Horribly Wrong
Quote:
The first few minutes of the campaign, which was promoted under the #iwantrepeal tag on Twitter, went well. People were signing their names as planned, and #iwantrepeal even looked like it might trend. So why was Teddy Goff, the Obama campaign's digital director, telling his followers to check out the site? ...
You just have to go to the article, as there are a lot of hilarious visuals... heh, heh.

To my Republican brothers and sisters, I freely acknowledge that something like this could have just as easily happened to the Democrats (hell, it probably has). If it has already occurred, feel free to share.

Let us revel in our ability to agree on one thing... Internet lulz. Yes we can!

Childish in all regards, both the original effort to create hysteria and try to get rid of health care, and the reaction to it.

Why do the rich want everyone else to die young? It doesn't make any sense.

Just like evolution doesn't care one bit about what happens to you once you can no longer contribute to reproduction.

Once they are milked dry by the health care "system" and have no prospect of ever climbing out of the hole, why should the rich care one iota? They have gone from a revenue stream to a parasite, and death would be preferable from that perspective.

I'm pretty sure this sort of activity is illegal under the Patriot Act. Or is it the DMCA? In any case, I hope those responsible are caught and waterboarded.

Um, actions speak louder than words, and their actions in regard to universal health care, which every other first world country has a moderately effective solution to, speaks volumes, in fact it speaks epic, war-and-peace length volumes.

After a while, the customers lose their freshness and are too hard to maintain. That's why they like trading them in.

Thanks much for pointing this out!

This reminds of about three years ago when the 'Tea Bag Party' started and how it took several weeks before those dense idiots finally got around to changing it to just the 'Tea Party'. And at about this same time, quite a few people of an equal (or even greater) level of stupidity considered Stephen Colbert to be about the best voice for conservative politics.

Ugh!

The ways of stupid self-delusion are so very vast.
