Uhhh... read that again, PeaceCrusader. It says that man is a living soul, not that he has a soul (living or otherwise). Besides, how were animals created differently? There are two ingredients to making a "living soul" that I see in the above quote: "dust of the ground" and "breath of life". Which of those ingredients does an animal lack so that they don't have a soul? |

Did another Wednesday get past us? I haven't seen my squirrel this morning (no, that's not a euphemism), so maybe there was a nuclear war and I missed it. Either he's dead or he's competing. Either way, he may be in trouble; you can't trust those raccoons.
I actually tried out for the Olympics once; I thought I'd be great at the clean-and-jerk, but then I discovered I was sadly misinformed about the nature of that event. I trained so hard, too . . . . |

Titania, music call, and strike more dead
Than common sleep of all these five the sense. She is wonderful! (Though I wish she had a different nickname. ) Lots of great Olympic action today--I also watched canoe slaloms--go, Brits!--and swimming. What I didn't see today was PeaceCrusader. I'm a little disappointed he hasn't posted here to discuss the little fact that nuclear war did not commence on yet another Wednesday. |

Let's not put him off, I need these goalposts to move each week. I now use this thread to remind me to put the bins out on Wednesday mornings.

Hehe
Lets not go there just yet.But I would expect it would for a sort of vortex patter. A spiral sort of thing. You know? Would need to cross reference a lot of dates and cities, and I certainly do not have to time to do so. I just wanted to point out how it might be worth it to go searching for obscure patterns. |

Could we please not have any more unmarked spoilers about the Olympics? Some of us actually like to watch them without already knowing who won. Even if the winner is a squirrel. (I would have posted this yesterday when I read it, but my post would have been much less polite then.

One sees more devils than vast hell can hold.
Vortex...isn't that some kind of revolutionary synthetic fiber Olympic swimmers are now wearing? Sincere apologies. I got over-enthused and babbled where I should not have. ![]() To inadequately atone for my indiscretions, here is that pathetic nukular squirrel in a match just getting underway: ![]() The kangaroo is based on a design by my friend BaalMoloch at StripGenerator (he draws the 'roo way better than I did here). ETA: Please, this thread has to soldier on! I've got ideas for several more cartoons. |

There should be some laws to defend people being fooled as PC was.
I wonder how many bucks he wasted in all this BS. I also wonder how come people are not sending such scammers to court. I bet lawyers would feast on them... |

Middle of the year
20120804.0350
No one questioned the middle of the year. I repeat, no one. The spirit said in the 1990s that the war will happen in the middle of the year. I said that the middle of the year is July 1 for leap year and July 1 to July 2 for common or ordinary year. When he said three months ago that it will happen on a Wednesday this year, my speculation was reduced from 31 days under the zodiac sign of Cancer (06-21 to 07-21) to four days (06-27, 07-04, 07-11, and 07-18). All these Wednesdays have come and gone. No war. There is still one Wednesday left – 07-25 – before the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games in London. That too has come and gone. No war. The date 07-25 is already far from 07-01. So I said that the middle of the year are the months of June and July. It made me reread the text of our second session in 2012-05. The stop point is the 2012 Olympic Games. Maybe what he means is the completion of the whole 2012 Olympic Games. If so, the Wednesdays in it are 08-01 and 08-08. Today is already 08-04. The first has come and gone. No war. So we are just left with 08-08. 88. It is just like the number of Jesus, 888, without one of the eights. Maybe that is for the Holy Spirit. Is 08-08 still in the middle of the year? I believe so. It is in the third quarter. The second and third quarters are the middle of the year. The dispute at the South China Sea is a military flashpoint. I believe that 08-08 is a giveaway date. The only true God has given man more than enough time to change but it has not changed. So we will experience what he said is a world war. Not only will the Philippines be involved in this war but other countries as well. So be prepared this coming Wednesday, 08-08. |

Third Girl
I've never understood why the Holy Babble isn't required to carry a large disclaimer printed on its packaging: "For entertainment purposes only." But that's just me. I believe PC has mentioned that Teh-Holy-Spook-in-the-Shape-of-A-Tedious-Old-Thespian does not accept donations from her followers. People have shelled out for travel, and wasted much time, but that's about it. |
