Weighed against the children and other innocents that the intended targets of these strikes would kill if left alone, I believe he has saved more innocent lives than he has killed on balance.

It's also the other way around: random, family-murdering terrorism fuels drone attacks. If they want the drone attacks to stop, they should stop the terrorism.
