interesting comeuppance
You may have forgotten, but a man named Dick Gephardt ran in the democrat primaries.
Overshadowed by the fiery passion of Howard Dean, Gephart started a beet red line of rhetoric of his own calling president Bush a miserable failure with a sullen look and looking out of character for someone usually viewed as composed and pragmatic. It was like being a teenager in the 80s and seeing your dad come home in parachute pants, it didn't click and it was downright embarassing. However, it didn't stop someone from making one of the better google bombs of the year linking miserable failure to the biography of the shrub. Unfortunately, Gephardt wasn't the only person who got angry. Every democrat including Joe Lieberman tried to steal Howard Dean's heat by getting angry. Gephardt was just a tapei knockoff of the real deal and had no niche of his own. On Tuesday Jan. 20, Dick Gephardt withdrew from the primary race and also announced he was retiring his long held congressional seat. During the speech, Gephardt broke down into tears and sobs. This past week John Kerry picked the less experienced first time senator John Edwards as his vice presedential candidate. At one time Dick Gephardt was looked at as a likely veep. So, who's the miserable failure now, bitch? HAHahahahahAHAHAHAh Sorry, I really couldn't help it. Its too much fun to dump on the powerful. Now I just have to do something like this to a republican since the shills on this forum will claim I'm only doing this since Gephardt is a democrat. Edited to Add: Does it look like Tom Delay will get taken down by any of the scandals involving him? |

Wish I knew what the heck you were talking about, Corp. But if it makes you happy, go right ahead and do whatever it is you said you would, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone.
