the lawsuits have begun

Tom Daschle's people are suing in his race.

The latest numbers show Daschle losing by a slim margin and it looks like he is following the playbook for politicians these days.

A. if the margin is slim sue
B. hype the lawsuit and create the meme that the person who wins is illegitimate

I hope this trend get smashed by public backlash. I hope the voters in his state reject election by court appeals.

Where you getting the info on this? How does he know he's losing?

Polls in that state show a John Thune lead last I checked (saturday). Its only a slight lead though and normally I assume incumbents will win in races like that.

If Daschle was sure he was going to win, he wouldn't have filed a lawsuit this evening.

I hope we dont see repubs and demos follow his lead around the country.
