How Bush may spend his "political capital":

Chief Justice John Ashcroft
Associate Justice Alan Keyes
BIA Casino commissioner William Bennett
Education Secretary Kent Hovind
UN Ambassador Patrick Buchanan
Faith-Based Department Chair Pat Robertson
Drug Czar Rush Limbaugh
Attorney General Tom Delay
SEC Chairman Ken Lay
Fed Chairman Neil Bush

He may have the biggest (idiot) grin, but his last laugh is going to fade pretty quickly when he goes to cash in his political capital and finds out that he's already overdrawn.

Honestly, do you think Bush even knows what "political capital" means?
