If 'I' don't do it...

...someone else does..., and in MY name!

This came from another board, that I used to post on quite regularly. The seem to have a nack for mockery, and the 'art of posing' is held in high regard.

Check this out, is it noting is not detailed...

A PLAN FOR CIVIL ACTION ......."No Answers, NO Taxes"
(Mon Jan 27 18:02:32)

{http://thsmb.com}

It has become necessary for the People of America to drastically change their relationship with their servant federal government by retaining and holding onto all money they would otherwise have given to the federal government.

This is necessary because the government steadfastly refuses to respond to the PEOPLES' repeated, proper Petitions for Redress of Grievances regarding substantive abuses and seizures of our constitutionally protected rights.

The People can accomplish this by exercising their unalienable, constitutionally guaranteed Rights and by following the non-violent, procedural mechanism provided in the Constitution for such an action i.e.,
Petition for Redress of Grievances and Redress Before Taxes.

The We The People Congress hereby encourages all corporations to immediately stop withholding from the paychecks of their employees any and all federal tax on wages and salaries, until the Executive and Legislative branches of the government respond to certain Petitions for Redress that were served on each member of Congress and the President on November 8-12, 2002.

The We The People Congress hereby encourages all American employees, retirees and self-employed persons not to file federal tax returns and to immediately cease the payment of any alleged federal income taxes, until the Executive and Legislative branches of our government respond to certain Petitions for Redress that were formally served on each member of Congress and the President on November 8-12, 2002.

The reasons why we are recommending these revolutionary actions include those listed below under "Causes of Action."

The We The People Congress will soon make available, free of charge, certain instructions and forms for eployers, employees, retirees and the self-employed to ue in taking the recommended action.

The We The People Congress sincerely believes that by April 15, 2003, at least one-tenth of one percent of the population of the country (about 300,000 people) will be retaining and holding onto their money that would otherwise have been sent to the federal government.

We The People Congress believes that such a demonstration of the Peoples inherent power, executed constitutionally and non-violently, will force the government to respond, respectfully and properly, to the People s Petitions for Redress.

If, in fact, our servant government s response to the People s Petition for Redress is lawful and just, we believe it will not be necessary for the People to further defend themselves by calling upon any individual or collective legal defenses whatsoever.

However, to ease the fears of any person accustomed to fearing the government, the We The People Congress will soon make available to all corporations and individuals, the services of the We The People Legal Defense Association, a non-profit advocacy organization established to protect, preserve and enhance the People s individual, unalienable Rights prticularly the Right to Petition for Redress of Gievances and the Right of "Redress Before Taxes."

The WTP-LDA will advocate on the legal front by fully representing members at every stage of proceedings: legal consultation by letter e-mail and phone; negotiations with tax officials and representation in court proceedings and IRS administrative hearings. WTP-LDA will also take the offensive, filing actions to protect memers against government intrusion, deter the unauthorized actions of government employees or parties acting as agents for the government and to establish legal precedents in untested areas of the law.

The nominal fees for joining this association will be held in escrow pending the enrollment of 10,000 corporations and/or individuals. Should 10,000 corporations and/or individuals not join the WTP-LDA by March 15, 2003, all money, (except for credit card processing and transaction fees), will be returned to the accounts of the parties from whence they came.

We The People is developing a Secure Donation Transaction System to protect the privacy of business owners, self-employed individuals and other contributors to the Legal Defense Association. The SDTS will employ the most advanced encryption technology, and ensure that the identity and private financial records of each contributor to WTP-LDA is protected against unauthorized access.

This is not of my making, but I do find the proposal quite interesting. I would ASSUME that whomever took part in such an endeavor and especially those who made it and first spoke of it, would certainly have to look forward of a lifetime of Audits and investigations by the IRS.

WHAT IF...

We, the People had the final say...

I seriously shutter just consideringpart of the possible of the ramifications.

Let us dicuss...

Im tired of all these boneheads who bitch n moan about paying one red cent in taxes. Shut the f-up already. If you dont like it move up into hinterlands and leave society alltogeth. No one will ask you for any tax revenue. Of course that means not particpating in all the good stuff that taxes pay for. Im sure you wont mind. You could just survive on your sense of self-rightiousness.

To Crossbow:

While in the archives I was looking for a post I wrote about a "Wall going up in the middle east", sometime ago.

As I was looking I stumbled across some of my other stuff that didn't get responded to.

I LOVE this board's functions!

It's HUGE, is it? Just like the Raelian's announcement that they had successfully cloned a human. I believe EARTH SHATTERING was the term you used to describe that one. You never learn, do you? You still foam at the mouth, and take off like a scalded dog every time some kook makes a fantabulous claim.
