Article about vaccines, from a doctor and skeptic

Dr. Steven Novella of the New England Skeptical Society (and an assitant professor of neurology at Yale) has written all about the autism/vaccine link here:

thank you for that link. my best friend is struggling with this problem with his children, twins who are both autistic, and he has been suspicious of a vaccine they got a few years ago. i will pass this on.

I'm thrilled to see such an in depth coverage of all the issues by a professional. Although the raging antivaxxers will call this source "biased", it is a source that can determine all sides of the issue with a solid background to understand science and pseudoscience. Parents need to hear these things from a doctor.

It's also a relief to hear the statistics on vaccination:
Quote:
Public support for the vaccination program remains strong, especially in the United States, where vaccination rates are currently at an all-time high of 93 percent.

Thanks so much for posting the link.
