Alex Chiu vs. Timecube Guy vs. Aristotle Guy vs. "Chrono"

In a battle of wits, WHO WILL SURVIVE??

In the left corner, weighing in at one million spiritual pounds, he's the inventor of the Immortality Ring, the doomsday prophet of bizzare spinning motions, ALEX CHIU!

In the right corner, he's not stupid because he is uneducated, his ranting will make you scream for more, TIMECUBE GUY!!

In the other left corner, it's the burnt out Texan janitor who blames Aristotle for all the evil in the world, because it's a conspiracy, the one man standing up against one of the greatest minds of the ancient world, ARISTOTLE GUY!!

And last, but by no means least, the schizophrenic kid who can't leave Bullshido alone, the father of a thousand furry little kids on the astral plane, master of the chi power, "CHRONO"!!

Who will win? Don't miss the greatest woo battle in history, and Cthulhu willing, there can be no survivors!

Handicapping the big race

Wow, tough call.

Chiu has the all-important economic factor on his side. He's actually trying to make money from his woo ideas, which means he's confident in them, and thinks others will be too.

Gene Ray (TimeCube) has to be the leader in the overall wackiness category and has scores pretty well in the bad-website design too, with his interminable scroll of madness. On the other hand, his obvious schizophrenia might lead some to disqualify him, excusing his rantings as a medical condition.

The Aristotle Guy beats Ray in bad website design, as he uses colours that actually hurt the eyes and probably misspells more words than he spells correctly. His content just doesn't measure up to Gene, though.

Chrono seems to have the persecution angle sewed up, but his web-design skills are too good and his field of interest too narrow to compete with Chiu, Ray and the anti-Aristotle.

I give the nod to Gene Ray, inventor of Nature's Perfect Time Cube. But then again, I'm educated stupid evil.

Alex Chiu does have the ability to forsee the future and live forever, and that gives him a fighting edge. However, this is a battle of wits, and he's all out of ammo. Timecube Guy has the power to control time and space, but he's unable to articulate any of it. He may be smarter than Chiu but he comes off as really stupid. Kevin, a.k.a. "Chrono" has an Astral Combat Pool of 10, but sorely lacks the intelligence mods he'd need to compete with the other two. Finally, there is the anti-Aristotle, whose deep and intense literature works on so many levels, except a grammatical one, a literal one, a figurative one, and a symbolic one. Every time I see that site, I am able to decipher another paragraph, and when I am finally able to see all the logical connections it drives me into paroxsysms of laughter. Here is genius posing as the stupid, and yet we cannot see it because it is badly spelled.

Isn't the "aristotle is evil" thing simply a rip-off of that book "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance"?

Dunno about that. Leo's great at fighting off alien attacks, but what good is he against humans?

This is a toughie. They are all fine contestants, but I can't really take the anti-Aristotle guy seriously, Gene Ray seems mostly sane and harmless at the core of his madness, and Wu is... well, Wu. But my gut tells me to pick Kevin. His video is just so frelling hilarious, and his delusions range between sad, frightening, and cruel. Part of me hopes he gets his life together someday. But most of me just wants to kick him in the nuts a few hundred times.

If this is going to be a battle of wits, I imagine it'd be as exciting as one of those stereotypical TV nerd slapfests.

Heh. Somehow I don't think that'll be a problem. But just to be safe, if we're fighting on the Astral Plane, I'll be sure to bring my Luxan Qualta Blade, Commonweath Force Lance, Sith double lightsaber, and Green Lantern ring in case he comes at me with a folding chair!

Yeah, I remember reading about it in some "news of the weird" or other such garbage. Except it said "scientists," plural.

Ranted about Terri Schaivo and LOVED to make straw men. I believe I mentioned that she was blind, and thus incapable of seeing her parents and responding. He then claimed I was in favor of euthanizing the blind.

If you can't articulate a thought, chances are it is much less complete than you feel it is. If Gene Ray were truly able to think on a level that others cannot comprehend, he'd be able to break it down into intelligible terms. If he didn't arrive at his conclusion using the mental tools education provides, he should be able to explain what tools he did use and how they work.
