BBC2 in the UK tonight Horizon is about Omega 3 and the brain.
May be worth a look

Hehe, i find this quite amusing.

Unfortunatly i'll have to record it and watch it at a later time, but i'm very gratefull for the notice. Very gratefull indeed. I'll endeavour to watch it before meeting with shrink on monday since we are going to talk about Omega 3 as well as vasectomy.

Unfortunately I fell asleep for the last half of the programme! I had just got the kids off to bed and my wife was out - I'd been on the go at work since 7am so just crashed.

I only noticed at 8.15 that the programme was on at 9 - glad you were able to record it.
