Get the "F" out but don't forget to send us $$$

Egyptian diplomat kidnapped in Gaza

GAZA CITY (AFP) - An Egyptian diplomat has been kidnapped by gunmen in the Gaza Strip, a Palestinian security source said. The man was heading toward the Egyptian representation offices in Gaza City on Thursday when masked gunmen surrounded his car and forced him into a separate vehicle, which then took off to an unknown location, the source said.
And to think... Egypt is actually an ally of the Palestinians.

Palestinians Attack Gaza-Israel Checkpoint

JERUSALEM - Three armed Palestinians attacked a checkpoint between Israel and Gaza before daybreak Thursday, the military said.

The Palestinians threw hand grenades and opened fire on Israeli forces, and soldiers shot two of the three. Exchanges of fire were continuing with the third, the army said. There were no Israeli casualties.
They must be "resisiting" the un-occupation of Gaza...

Foreigners Forced From Hebron

HEBRON, West Bank Feb 8, 2006 (AP)— Dozens of international observers abandoned this volatile West Bank city on Wednesday after irate crowds smashed windows and threw stones at their headquarters the most violent Palestinian protest yet against Danish cartoons depicting Islam's revered prophet.
Nothing like kicking the people there to help you right in the teeth and forcing them to flee "Palestine" for their lives.

For those keeping score in the past 24 hours Palestinians attacked A) Israel, B) International observers and C) kidnapped an Egyptian diplomat. Talk about alienating just about everyone you can....but don't forget your aid pledges!

In Palestine the leaders of designated terrorist organizations give public news conferences much like heads of state. (notice the amount of microphones from different media outlets in the foreground)....Today's speech is announcing more terror and rejecting the new Palestinian government.

Now think of the children and send aid money today!

Mashaal - the Hamas political chief - also again declared that Hamas would not bow to Arab and international pressure to recognize Israel and that the group - once in power - would not act to prevent terrorist attacks on the Jewish state.

The tough stance came after a three-day visit by Hamas's leadership for talks with Egyptian officials...

Mashaal asked the West not to punish the Palestinians by stopping aid.
(emphasis mine)

We will not recognize Israel...we will not stop terrorism......now send us money...

Well there's more:

Quote:
Palestinian militants ransack former Gush Katif greenhouses 10/02/2006

Some 200 dunams of greenhouse space in the Gaza Strip were ransacked recently by dozens of armed Palestinians and residents of Khan Yunis. International donors had purchased the greenhouses from evacuated Gush Katif settlers for the benefit of the Palestinians.

According to Palestinian and international sources involved in running the greenhouses, the armed robbers belonged to two militias, the Assistance Committees and the Popular Army, affiliated with former Palestinian ruling party Fatah.

These militias had been hired by the Palestinian Authority to guard both the ruins of the former settlements and the greenhouses, which were all under cultivation. But instead of guarding the greenhouses, the guards decided to rob them.

The damage to the greenhouses, which are meant to provide employment for hundreds of Palestinians and increase the PA's exports, is irreparable, the sources added.
Quote:
PA attorney general seizes assets of dozens of officials suspected of corruption 10/02/2006

Palestinian prosecutors have frozen bank accounts and seized assets in a widening corruption probe of dozens of government officials suspected of stealing hundreds of millions of dollars in public funds, the attorney general said.

The attorney general said he is investigating dozens of suspects and that the probe is widening. "Every day, we get new proof (of wrongdoing)," he said, citing as an example the Palestinian Petroleum Authority, which held the monopoly for the import and sale of fuel products in the West Bank and Gaza.

He noted that one former suspect - Palestinian TV chief Hisham Miki who was killed by gunmen in 2001 - was believed to have stolen $23 million in public funds, and that his London apartment was seized during the investigation.

"It's not enough to have a president who has the will to do this," Shuaibi said. "When he looked around him, he found only people who were part of Arafat's system." Arafat had permitted his inner circle to engage in corruption to solidify his power.
This message goes out to the anti-Israel crowd. Especially the ones who call themselves skeptics.

Are you starting to see the light yet? What I mean is that it's not all about Israel/settlements/the security barrier/Sharon walking on the temple mount. That is the smokescreen, the deflection. Are you realizing that there are groups of Palestinian militants who are heavily armed, outrageously violent - even to the people who are helping them, (see: international observers forced from Hebron) - and they engage in criminal acts... that is, when they are not terrorizing Israel or other Palestinians. And the Palestinian Authority has let them run wild for over a decade. The PA allows these groups to exsist.

And while we are talking about the "Palestinian Authority", the Palestinian Authority was so corrupt that international aid money meant for starving Palestinians was knowingly STOLEN from their mouths so that Arafat could buy off his opposition and solidify his power.

While ALL OF THIS was going on for decades, terrorism, crime, theft, corruption...you'all were pointing the finger at Israel and blaming "the occupation" for the plight of the Palestinians. Well the mask of myths and lies is off now and the truth, day by day, is slowly DEBUNKING the useful idiots myths.

p.s. Now that they have voted in a designated terror organization recognized as such by the US, EU, Canada and Israel.....but don't forget to send more money!
