Craig Williams claims his EEG readings are different, and that the difference is attributable to psychic or paranormal powers.
This signed and notarized application arrived at the JREF at the end of February, 2006. I will be contacting him to submit a notarized letter from an MD who has actually witnessed this phenomenon.
I am typing this from a hand printed letter as accurately as I can, but some typos may be mine.
Quote:
I am applying in response to the JREF one million dollar challenge. I have found and developed the ability to route a substantive and excessive amount of the central nervous systems electricity throughout my brain and body. This can be picked up and exhibited on an EEG or EKG. I can do this at any time while awake. It will appear abnormal or psychic or paranormal. I found this out while taking a routine physical.
After quite some time of trying to project images and thoughts and emotions and my inner voice, it generated an excessive amount of electricity in my brain and central nervous system. The EEG or EKG or both will appear to be basically normal. When I start to try to project the EEG or EKG will not be normal and it will show and excessive amount of electric activity and energy.
I consider an EEG or EKG calibrated to the medical industry standards and in perfect working condition and administered and deciphered by any accredited and licensed proffesional to be suitable demonstration.
Any proper locations suitable to a EEG or EKG exam or both, will be sufficient. And after being read and deciphered by a licensed and accredited proffesional that there is a psychic or paranormal energy.
