Unfortunately, I gave the last of my spare money to a guy in front of the bar this morning. Sorry!

God seems to be devoting every bit of his infinite power to preventing me from becoming rich.

I never planned on being rich and I am proud to say I have been completely successful.

I got a ton of money on credit cards being charged 34%, and I'm sure they're largely owned by Christians.

1) It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle then for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.
2) Jesus had to die in order for people to enter the kingdom of heaven.
3) That's not exactly easy, now is it?
4) If it's easy for you, that wouldn't be fair to Jesus.
5) Therefore, you should be rich.

According to one of my previous pastors:

God is King of the universe.
If you are a child of God, you are children of a King.
Kings' kids are RICH.
Therefore, you should be rich, too!

Hey, the pastor was RICH, so that should have proven the point, yes?

This thread is based on a fundamental error. God does not want you to be rich. God wants me to be rich. Sorry. Better luck next time.

That's easy for an infinitely powerful god to say, given he can snap his fingers and create sex slaves with lips the size of the Goodyear blimp (old ones, not those new $3 million cheapass throwaway ones...) with a magnificent meal chaser that makes anything a human has tasted taste like a bunch of razor wire with salt and acid poured all over that.

Hell, he wouldn't even have to do that as he can simply remember with perfect accuracy any event he desires, even if it never happened, and experience it with deeper "reality" than something a petty human could feel.

"I'm takin' it easy, you guys go to Hell for disobeying me. Hehe, fooz! pwned!"

I don't think soul worth that much most of the time. Maybe just a few bucks.
