Pope wears white, visitors wear black = Illuminati symbolism.

While doing some research on Papal croziers and ferulas, I stumbled across this site which claims that the Magi who vivited Jesus were Zoroastrian astrologers and wizards.

Enjoy

I feel bad making fun of people who believe things like this. I even feel bad making fun of people who believe that their best avenue of making money is manipulating people who believe in things like this. We have as much of an obligation to take care of these types in a humane way as any other of the Earth's diverse organisms.

I believe that it is inappropriate to make fun of people suffereing from mental illness. I believe it is inappropriate to make fun of people who are ignorant because of forces beyond their control.

However, when Christians who have access to the internet and all the research tools within it still choose to believe that Winston Churchill popularized the "V" sign in order communicate to other insiders that he was a satan-worshipping, high-level Mason, then manners and respect go out the window and I'm going to laugh my ass off. e.g. http://www.nisbett.com/symbols/peace_sign.htm The person who constructed this website (not related to the site in the opening post) believes that the Vulcan live-long-and-prosper sign from Star Trek is related to human sacrifice and devil worship. If you feel bad about making fun of people who choose to believe stuff like that, then I respect your point of view and acknowledge that you must follow the beat of a different drummer. If people choose to believe nonsense in the 21st century, then I have no remorse about mocking them.

While it is safe to assume they have no real historical basis it is quite posible that Zoroastrian high priests of some type were whate was meant (going east takes you into Zoroastrian teritory).

Priests wear different colors of vestments depending on the season of the liturgical year. During Advent and Lent, they wear purple; during Easter, white; during ordinary time, white or green; and on certain special feast days, red or rose-colored vestments are worn.

I know this because my wife does all of the laundry and dry-cleaning for our church. The Pope, being a priest, wears the same colors as every other priest on the appropriate days.
