"Revamped" Loose Change forum, not so much

I just got banned for chastising IVXX in the skeptics forum when he called "the list" (of organizations fooled/involved in a 911 conspiracy) a waste of time.

He threatened me in PMs to "stop spinning" and then banned me after I pointed out in a thread that he was threatening me.

This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, just be warned. Disagree and be banned. Their overhaul lasted a while, but as much as things change, they remained the same.

ETA: Of course, the posts in that particular thread seem to have been deleted. I kept them, but I doubt anyone cares nor needs the proof to believe me.

How does one change their mind without losing face after staunchly supporting a single point of view for years? It's quite alright, you are expected to maintain your opinion even if those responsible for 9/11 confess to their crimes. - Irony, MirageMemories style

At least you got a warning of sorts.

In any event, it's pretty-much becoming the previous forum, in which power-tripping Admin wield the ban gun, not for breakage of any forum rules (as stated, anyway), but simply because you've somehow pissed them off.

Of course, coming on as a "skeptic" fairly guarantees this eventuality. So whenever you see such a poster suddenly being advised, "check your PM", it's a good bet that you won't see any further posts under their handle.

I'd love to see someone respond with...

Where have we heard almost this exact scenario played out before? And by whom?

Hmmm?

I was never warned at all. In one thread both mine and a conspiracist's posts were removed when we started flinging name calling about. Ok, I apologized and all went well after that until , boom, I get banned. No warning. This time my IP is banned. I simply cannot read the forums from my home(though I can read them at work and if need me copy and paste e-mail text to myself at home).

That was LC. Now to "Pilots,,," there jdx calls me names then suspends me for not watching his video closely enough. Ok, done with , I get back on then get suspended yet again, no reason given this time, no warning , no explanation. I could ask for one but that would probably just get me either suspended again ot banned outright.

I am toying with the idea of not posting at all at "Pilots,,," for a long time, just reading and perhaps commenting on it here once in a while. Then I could see wheteher or not my warning level of 80% goes down.

jdx certainly is full of himself though at least he is out front with it. Seems four-skix just quietly assumes he is great.

His video is dumb. He is a dolt by saying why not dive at the pentagon from 7000 feet! Would he land like that? What a dolt of a pilot by thinking anyone was intercepting the plane, who would worry, we never shoot down airliners before 9/11! He is not a very good pilot coming up with stupid statements like the ones he puts in his video.

His statements become real dumb since the pilot finished his lazy turn and hit the pentagon with no major effort. Why does he have a video? He does not understand the data he presents on his video confirm the flight path as witnessed on 9/11.
