This guy fits in the truth movement like gin and vermouth. Oops, he drank all the gin and vermouth.
How/Why does the turth movement appeal to nut case actors? Dylan, JDX, roxdog, killtown, and an actor playing Hitler who meets Christ. Are these guys nuts? Is Jack Blood crazy? (he has more CT than... it is like a CT news site) |

Oops. I accidentally broke a rule. Here are the main CT arguments from that article.
"Moriarty began by detailing the evidence of forced sterilzations and the open eugenics plans of the elite. He quickly went into geo politics saying, “The Bush / Clinton cartel, coalition (are) doing a Napoleon run on what’s left of the free world. They are BOTH progressives. The Republican party became progressive with Henry Kissinger; and never looked back.” (We assume by “progressives” he means Neo Liberals, and Neo Cons)" "Asked again by Jack Blood to clarify, do you have any doubt the OKC Bombing was an Inside Job? Moriarty replied, “NONE!” He elaborated, “ There were two seismic reports of explosions. There were no children of federal employees in the building at the time in the day care center, and the BATF were no where to be found. (According to local news reports, and eyewitness accounts, they were text messaged not to go in that day, but were standing by.)" "Asked about September 11th 2001, Michael Moriarty laid out his theory. “My Theory is that Bush (Sr) talked to the Bin Laden family in Riyadh. The Bin Laden family hired the Pentagon, the Bush’s, to protect their holdings… They hired them for protection in the first Gulf War. George Bush says, I am not going to attack Iraq without Probable Cause. The Bin Ladens say, we’ll give you probable cause… And one of their own relatives pulled this off.” (He has posted articles in the past mentioning that the UN was also somehow involved in 911. “Actually, word just came in that the Jihad arm of the UN blew up the twin towers of the World Trade Center and half the Pentagon. A few of the delegates who sit so politely in the UN General Assembly left the building today and eagerly awaited a nightmare they knew was going to happen, a mini-Pearl-Harbor 60 blocks south of them in Manhattan. They’re even now thinking that a similar stunt at the UN might deflect the blame. Reichstag fires are a big attention-getter and blame-thrower. That’s my description of their best propaganda war weapon: the blame-thrower. Oklahoma City was given a taste of that on April 19, 1995.” "While critics may dismiss Moriarty's statements as those of an isolated Hollywood type living in their own world, the fact is that 36 percent of Americans believe that the U.S. government aided the terrorists attacks of 9/11 according to a Scripts Howard news service poll." He is really out there. |

The CTs get famous actors to endorse them, just like Scientology. But the Scientology actors are smart. Very interesting.

His real grievance is with Janet Reno, as he indicated in his rambling memoir, from when he quit Law and Order. He was annoyed at her attitudes on pornography or something. And he was torqued at his role in one episode being cut to a single scene.
Then he fled to Canada to play the piano and get drunk. Too bad...his character in Law and Order was about to get into a romantic relationship with Lorraine Toussaint, who played a public defender, and I have a mild crush on Ms. Toussaint...that whole plot line went to heck. I was curious to see how it would play out. |

Gives us actors a bad name (even us "sometime" actors).
I suppose this could have been foretold (Sylvia?). Moriarty was also in the CT flick Crime Of The Century, about the Lindbergh baby kidnapping. The flick makes Bruno Hauptmann totally blameless. Moriarty played The Governor, who believed Hauptmann and at least delayed his eventual execution. |

That's it. Thanks. And complaining about Law and Order is ridiculous...that was a police procedural. The violence was only in the discovery of the body.
I liked Ben Stone...he was based on Rudy Giuliani, believe it or not. But I can see how his chilliness could rub some audiences the wrong way. Sam Waterston's Jack McCoy has more depth, obviously. Stone was also saddled with a dull co-chair...Paul Robinette for the first few years. Jill Hennessy as Claire Kinkaid was better. My favorite was Carey Lowell, for getting a con to talk by the simple expedient of taking off her jacket, revealing her bare shoulders and defiantly thrusting her breasts towards him...obviously the closest this con had come to seeing a real woman and her accoutrements in 10 years (unless you count Bruthie in the next cell). |

Moriarty was well known to be an alcoholic when he left L&O. Apparently he's sobered up in recent times, but somewhere along the way joined up with the woos. Take a look at some of the writings that are purportedly his.

Has Michael Moriarty ever made any expression whatsoever with his face? I always wondered how an utterly expressionless person actually gets an acting career.
