ACLU And Costs --- Little Help?
There was some discussion a few months back about a politician trying to bring in a bill saying that if you fought a First Amendment case and won, you'd still have to pay your own legal costs.
I can't find the thread. Can someone please give me a link or remember the name of the politician? Thanks. |

I think this might be the thread. The sponsor was Rep. John N. Hostettler.
