March 2007 Stundie Nominations

"It's gonna be a great month for the Stundie"

With gems like this:

Travis wrote at the SLC forum -
"If 30 miles away is right across the road...then ok I guess you have a point" (In response to how close Reagan Airport is to the Pentagon)

I'd have to agree

Killclown's having an argument with another truther who doesn't buy Killclown's no-planes theories. The other truther keeps arguing that Boeing 7x7 wings are large, strong wing assemblies and Killclown keeps fighting back by posting links to light aircraft wings (where the size is easy to judge because of the people standing next to them who tower over the wings).

Anyway, Killclown made me chuckle by trying to hurt the other guy's feelings by saying, "And you sound like Gravy in your responses: 'why are you lying?' 'why are you being dishonest?'"

A team of 6 guys could wire both buildings in 2 weeks time.

The naval demolition teams operate in 6 man teams, I saw a documentary where they wired an entire aircraft carrier in 2 days. The USS Oriskany was 904 feet long, so similar to the towers. "

I know he is inelligable for the award, but this was an absolute pearler

The correct answer is "299,792,458 meters per second!" so I was wrong but I thought it was 300,000,000 something. However, I now have this proof and its change my opinion of what I thought I knew about the speed of light.

I think they are radically different than how we look, but have similiar sensory organs. But, not like in Star Wars where it's just humans in a costume. Although, who would be surprised if they found an alien that was really a human in a costume living billions of light years away. Maybe the producers of those movies got it right after all.

Actually, the poll is:

Quote:
Should Killtown stay or go?

Yes O

No O
I'm not exactly sure how that question makes sense myself...

Person 1: Should Killtown stay or go?

Person 2: Yes.

Person 1: What are you, a moron?

Maybe it is because I can only see the poll as a guest but the results I see are.

The problem with killtown is perfectly exemplified in the thread about morgan reynolds. He refuses to read a paper I tell him about. Not the actions of a truthseeker.

You are both right. There are two separate threads on it. The same guy restarted the poll with the properly worded question after realizing that the wording of the first one made no sense. It's now something like 82 votes that Killclown should GO and 19 votes that Killclown should STAY.

Hilarious!
