creative commons 3.0 is out

The various cartive commons lisences have been switched over to version 3.0 which would be great except someone decided to include the following:

Except as otherwise agreed in writing by the Licensor or as may be otherwise permitted by applicable law, if You Reproduce, Distribute or Publicly Perform the Work either by itself or as part of any Adaptations or Collections, You must not distort, mutilate, modify or take other derogatory action in relation to the Work which would be prejudicial to the Original Author's honor or reputation.

which rather counts against it being a free lisence.

My first thought is that something must have happened - perhaps a bad experience pointed to a "hole".

OTOH, this is way too vague. It depends on each author's (volatile) criteria.

It does make it rather subjective. "But your honor, that particular copy prejudiced my reputation!"

Also throws most satirical/parody uses out the window.

"your honor"? If you think I have offenned your honor you can have the decency to meet me a dawn and give me the choice of weapons.
