The # of people who don't have health insurance was overestimated by 2 million.

Two million out of forty-five million. I suspect the error bars in the estimates are that large -- and I don't think the "revised" figures are other than cause for shame....

Total lack of insurance is a big problem. Underinsurance is even more widespread, though. Medical costs never go down, and even if your plan only requires you to pay a percentage, if the total is high enough your share can wipe you out. For quite a few people, surviving the illness is an easier battle than recovering from the resulting bankruptcy.

We should nationalize healthcare.. that way we can all go broke together.

I prefer the poorer uninsured (under insured) citizens sickly and not making an effort to work and pay taxes. That way I can't point my finger at them while driving around in my customized Hummer and say "you sick bastards just don't care for this wonderful country that we live in".
