You hit the nail right on the head. I wonder, if they proceed with a trial and then find them guilty, would that mean they can't be tried for real since it would be Double Jeopardy? haha

Has this been archived somewhere? Part of me is curious and wants to see......like staring at a smashed opossum on the road.

True though that may be, it still doesn't taste a thing like meat.

Really, I don't know why they ever bother.

The historic result turns out to be a fraud:

Quote:
More than half the original volunteers dissociated themselves from the event on or shortly after April 14. Even so, at least eleven out of eleven of them have expressed in writing their very strong desire to publicly correct false reports that a citizens’ grand jury in San Diego indicted or charged people with 9/11 crimes.

They state: “Contrary to reports in April and May of 2007, and possibly thereafter, an April 14, 2007, citizens’ grand jury in San Diego never made any indictments of any individuals regarding the September 11 attacks. Unfortunately, an incorrect report posted to the internet and now circulating around it, titled ‘Historic Result From San Diego Citizens' Grand Jury On The Crimes Of September 11, 2001 In New York City,’ spawned hundreds of replications of that false announcement, and threatens to interfere with future efforts for 9/11 truth and justice by means of the grand jury system.”
Is this hilarious or what? Even with a bunch of Troofers on the Grand Jury, with James Hoffman doing the investigation, with "expert" testimony by Steven Jones, Kevin Ryan and Richard Gage (AIA), this Grand Jury didn't even indict a ham sandwich!

Kick. Come on, guys this is a pretty cool story. The Troofers put together a grand jury and can't get an indictment out of it so they decide to announce one anyway? I'll admit it's par for the course but it's still worth talking about, mmmkay?

Heh. That's as if they scheduled a soccer game, the other team didn't show up but they decided to play anyway... and lost by an own goal.

More information here; check out the first comment (from Nico):

Quote:
1. When John McCarthy stood up and asked about mini-nukes, Don Paul asked John what his credentials were! He was a jury member and had a right to ask questions without undergoing a background check.
Sort of demonstrates the drawbacks of an all-kook jury.
