CNN, Reuters and non-POEM "medical" news
A survey of CNN's health articles reveals:
Light, aromatherapy may help dementia patients Yet another useless article with a misleading title and misinterpreted results from tiny, irrelevant studies. How sad that the non-medical public will actually greet this with welcome validation of the inviolate truth that light therapy and aromatherapy will now save you from Alzheimer disease... I'll bet if you studied non-Alzheimer's patients with their methods you'd probably find very similar results! This article is meaningless! And the important research into amyloid precursor proteins, neurofibrillary tangles, and regulatory genes gets not much of a piffle from the "meejur". |
