How sick do you have to be...

To do this--and be sure to read the comments...

Looks like they got to Bush again? Lord have mercy!

By comments, I hope you meant comment, or are we dealing with censorship? (May not make sense in the future if more comments are added.)

The computer was to measue the twisting of the ISS spine, the damage wasn't a threat to the mission or the station, and even if the subcontractor hadn't found it and informed NASA, it would have been found during testing.

arrgh. I hadn't heard about this. Too busy trying to bring NIST to the Philistines today.

Wow, check out http://www.nasawatch.com/ -- quite a day. We've got drunken astronauts, embezzling, and a "False Flag" explosion at Scaled Composites to go with the sabotage. (No, not really a "False Flag." False flags are doublethink disinfo, don'cha know. Yes, this is a site that occasionally muckrakes and propagates rumours, so wait for confirmation, but still!) Got to love those disgruntled workers.

The sabotage vaguely reminds me of the John Connor Brigade and their sabotage of GPS satellites, back in the day. Pretty pointless.

I'd better throw in a DISCLAIMER: My views do not represent those of NASA or any other agency, public or private. This post made with my own materials on my own time. This post contains no schematics, drawings, plans, or export-controlled technology of any kind. Use only as directed.

Even the Finnish tabloids reported the drunken astronauts and the sabotage. Quite a day for NASA indeed.
