Clara Harris: Husband killing hero?
Im disgusted at this Clara harris case. Yesterday as she was walking into court someone shouted "good luck Clara". GOOD LUCK!?!? She ran over her husband, its on videotape! Shes a murderer. So he was cheating on her, big deal. I'm shocked by teh support this woman is getting. Who's it from, a bunch of man hating bitter divorced schrews. Its sickening.

In her mind she might have thought that the matriarchal totalitarian anti-male terror system in the US would have let her get away with it. She was wrong. I hope she gets life in prison with no possibility for parole. JK |

Too many twinkies? Might make a good defense.

I too was puzzled over the reaction to this case. It was if it were a real toss-up...should it be murder or not? For crying out loud, she ran over the guy three times. But wait, she was really mad, so that mitigates it. Please!
Assuming she really did run him over three times as the evidence seems to indicate, it's just a plain old murder. Where is the gray area here? Unless he was charging here with a knife at the time, it's a murder. Put her in jail and make her stay there for a long time. Their marital problems are a separate issue. Marital problems or not, people shouldn't be run over with cars. The defense tried to blame it on The Other Woman, as if she lured the husband away, therefore leaving the wife no choice but to kill him. |

There is definite double standard when it comes to male/female justice in this country. The bobbit case comes to mind.It seems as if there is an element in this country that believes it's somehow more of a crime for a white male to commit a crime against someone who is nonwhite or female than it is for them to commit a crime him.that needs to change.
Ps.....watching Tv as I'm writing this a woman says that she feels like stabbing her husband in the testacles with a fork.....that's followed by piped in laughter!!!That's funny? If a man had made a similar comment about commiting violence against his wife, there'd by outrage!! |

If I remember correctly, it was about the chances of getting the death penalty depending on the colour of the murderer and the victim. Correct me?
